In today’s teaching on ‘The Holy Spirit, The Father’s Seal of Assurance’, Pastor Yinka highlighted that Jesus introduced to us knowledge of God the Father as father. She buttressed that Jesus as the only begotten Son has made us adopted sons, which in essence is the same. The Holy Spirit in our hearts reveals the knowledge of the Father to us and enables us to continue in relationship with the Father as sons.
Pastor Yinka also emphasized that trust and obedience work hand in hand. We have to trust God first, before we can obey. A faulty understanding of God will make a person not to continue to obey God.
