Hello Tribesmen, today Pastor Dami started on the construct called Leadership. He explained Leadership as a spiritual concept.
We learnt today that Leadership is the biggest platform for wisdom and/or folly. P Damz explained how Leadership easily exposes the wisdom and folly of whomever occupies the position.
We were taught today that power is not the major differentiation of leadership, but Wisdom is, and we delved into more understanding by analyzing the lives of Saul, Samuel and David amongst others.
We learnt that every good leader has to go through the school of priesthood, where they would be cooked and weaned to embody the requirements of priesthood.
In conclusion, we learnt today that priesthood is the major ingredient for impactful leadership and only priests can be king.
