Hello Tribesmen, today Pastor Dami continued on the Leadership thread, focusing on three systems of leadership that are prevalent in our times; Namely the PIPE, STRAW AND FUNNEL SYSTEMS.
He explained that the:
PIPE system is the most dangerous as it allows and accommodates all, without any intention to transform.
STRAW system, though much more selective is mostly rigid and concrete in its systems and approaches, it ready only accommodates people that fits it and it pushes them out the other end, the same way they came in.
The FUNNEL system is rather the best and more ideal system to be deployed to leadership, seeing as it accommodates and allows all at its Pipe entrance, drills down on them and pushes them out, refined and weaned at its straw end.
There’s much more to learn in todays teaching and you would do well to go through the message one more time.
